Wash Instructions
Wash by hand with cold water and leave flat in a ventilated area to dry.
If heavier washing is needed, wash in a laundry bag on a gentle, cool wash cycle and lay flat to dry in a well ventilated area.

Please allow 3-5 business days for physical items to be made, processed, and shipped. Shipment is all done via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking within the United States only.
Once you receive a shipment confirmation, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, as per the USPS current estimated times.
All items are handmade and shipped from Illinois, U.S. Larger orders are shipped in boxes, while smaller, non plush items may be sent in bubble mailers to cut down shipping cost.

What do I do if my plushie broke?
Let me know! Some repairs are quick and easy - if this is the case, I can likely repair the plushie quickly!
There are some exceptions however, so please be sure to reach out to me first, preferably with photos, before shipping to me!
