Handmade Plushies
Below are some common questions about my plushies!
Who makes your plushies and where are they made?
I make all plushies myself! All plushies are made on a one-by-one basis in Sycamore, a small rural town in north central Illinois.
As such, all products are handmade in and shipped from Illinois!
What is my plushie made of?
All plushie materials can be found on the plushie's product page!
Common materials include:
- Blank Plastic Safety Eyes
- Custom hand-painted Safety Eyes
- Polyfill made of Recycled Polyester Fibers
- Chenille and Blanket Yarns made of 100% Polyester Yarn
- Embroidered details using a combination of 100% Polyester Yarn and 100% Cotton Yarn
Some toys may also state they are made using other materials, such as buttons or magnets. Please be sure to check the materials before purchasing! If you're not sure if a particular product contains a specific item, reach out to me and I'll be in contact ASAP!
Do you take custom requests?
I do take custom requests on a case-by-case basis!
Reach out to me on the contact page and let me know what you're looking for! If you're looking for a different colorway of a product already on my site, you can expect the price of the custom product to be around the same.
In cases where you'd like a product that I do not have on my site custom made, I will give you the best estimate as a quote before starting the project!
How soon will my plushie ship?
Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
Is this item safe for my young child/baby?
Most plushies are, by default, not safe for children 3 years of age an younger, as they pose a choking hazard should the safety eyes be removed or come loose.
Most plushies (with the exception of one of a kind plushies) are able to be made with embroidered eyes that are safer for children under 3 years of age. Please choose embroidered eyes when you see the option!
If you are looking for a plushie for a young child and do not see the option for embroidered eyes, reach out to me directly and we can get a custom item made for you!
Shipping
Below are some of are common questions about shipping
When will my order ship?
There are a few different shipping timelines on my site!
You can find the ship status of each item on the product page.
- Ready to Ship Plushies will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase!
- Made to Order Plushies will ship within 5-10 business days, as they need some time to be made.
- Instant Digital Download items will be immediately available to download after purchase on your orders page!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping estimates change throughout the year due to demand on USPS services.
Generally, I expect anywhere from 4-5 business days for items to meet their destination after dropped off at the post office, but delays can happen while in transit.
You can always track your purchase with the tracking number found on your orders page!
How will my order be shipped?
Digital Downloads
All digital downloadable items will be delivered to you via email - however you can also download these via the "access digital content" button on your orders page!
Plushies & Accessories
All handmade plushies will be shipped in boxes as close to their size as possible, using recycle-able or re-used packaging materials to cut down on environmental impact.
All orders with adoption certificates will receive the adoption certificate in a plastic sleeve to protect from falling out of the package as well as added protection against the elements.
Plushies are usually sent in boxes to keep them from shifting and being squished during transit - some smaller plushies and accessories may be sent in bubble mailers with additional packaging to keep them in shape. If they arrive squished, gently squish them back into place
Safety Eyes
Safety Eyes will be shipped in compostable or recycled bubble mailers with added recycle-able hexagon packing paper to help keep them protected during transit.
Where do you ship?
I currently ship to the U.S. Domestically and to a select few countries internationally.
As of 10/23/2025, I currently ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, the U.K., and Australia! I do intend to start shipping elsewhere, but am currently in testing for international shipping to make sure things are running smoothly!

Who designed your logo?
My logo was designed by my cousin! You can find more of their work at their Instagram page.
Do you use AI?
I do not use AI for any writing, product descriptions, photography, art or anything related to my business.
As an artist and person in general, I am highly against the use of AI and will not use it.
Who designs your stickers?
All stickers you find in orders are drawn, designed, and made by me! I enjoy doodling in my free time and tend to make new stickers when I'm bored!
Who designed your website?
I am using the shopify theme Concept for most of my website.
Aside from the theme itself, I do some coding myself to adjust the website to what is best for my needs.
