Shipment & Processing at 99% Coffee

Because I provide both digital and physical products at 99% coffee, there are differences in shipping and delivery that should be noted. 

Digital Products

Digital products are fulfilled within 1-2 minutes after purchase to ensure there's no issues with purchase details.

You will receive an email letting you know that your download is ready to go and you will also be able to download the item at any time on your orders page.

Because of limitations within our platform, you will be able to download your files 20 times, for an unlimited timeframe. If you need more downloads, please reach out to me directly and I can assist with adding more downloads to your account!

Physical Products

This includes items such as plushies, keychains, accessories, and safety eyes.

General price estimates for shipping are presently around $4.50-$6.00 depending on distance from the shipping point (Sycamore, Illinois in zone 4)

Please allow 2-4 business days for physical items to be made, processed, and shipped. Shipment is all done via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States and DHL services for select international countries.

Once you receive a shipment confirmation, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, as per the USPS current estimated times. All items are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on your package very step of the way!

How Physical Products are Shipped

Physical products are shipped using corrugated shipping boxes with Honeycomb packing paper to keep them from shifting and to keep adoption certificates safe during transit.

All materials for shipping are either recycled or re-used to cut down on shipping waste - feel free to keep them and use them for your own needs! 

The honeycomb packing paper - for instance - is GREAT for packing fragile items while moving!

I try to keep costs as low as possible for the customer - physical freebies are not given in packages to keep down costs, though you may receive free stickers or other items designed in-house by myself (such as doodle stickers) just as a fun little gift from me :)
